Returns & Refunds Policy

For hygiene/safety reasons and due to the custom nature of my items, I do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address or lack of claim from the purchaser, a refund will not be issued. Buyer will be held responsible to repay shipping costs before I can ship the items again.
If in the unlikely event you receive an item that is defective or damaged please let me know via the ‘Contact Us’ box below within 3 business days of receiving your items.

Production & Shipping Policy

Some of our items are handmade, solely by me, so please allow up to 5 business days for your items to be packaged and shipped out (most items are ready-to-ship).
Shipping times and production times are two separate aspects of an order. You have the option to choose express shipping upon checkout but please keep in mind that this does NOT expedite the production time on your order.

We are currently only shipping within Australia.
Orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping.
Flat rate shipping below ;
Standard shipping with tracking - $10
Express shipping - $15

LOST/STOLEN Packages

If you are concerned your package may be lost, please contact Australia Post for assistance and reference your provided tracking number.
Please note: Kiara Jade Designs is not liable for lost/stolen packages once shipped.

Privacy Policy

I will only use your shipping address and contact information to communicate with you about your order & to fulfil your order.
Your payment information is completely and totally secure. I have no access to your payment information - that is all handled securely through the payment processor.
